  I have been compelled to write this review as my time has been completely wasted by being ill informed by this company. They are supposed to be specialists in satallite but told me I had no signal but it could work from the front of my house at thr boundary. He said I needed a cable from the house to the garden fence and recommended the dish to be installed, if the builders prepared the ground for the cable. Despite not doing anything other than tune in my freeserve, he charged me £69. Which hadnt been done properly because I had months of a pixel screen and no signal. All this was completely unecessary, because when the sky engineer turned up, within half an hour, he fixed the dish to the side of my house and I now have a perfect reception and tv!! He charged me £25 for installation and said Sky would never have charged me if the job had not been done. This is why I am writing this review because i'm so angry that i've been clearly ripped off.

  I have been buying from the satellite shop for years and have always had the best service and advise ,I recently had a new CCTV system fitted and could not be happier ,I have always found them to be nothing but professional and offer a first class service which is such a rare thing these days.
